Coffee For

RMIT Training, 235-351 Bourke Street

Serving up quality coffee and snacks, The Coffee Cart is where our trainees begin their journey in the home.plate training program.

Our coffee cart, located at RMIT Training in the CBD, provide the students and teachers their daily caffeine fix.

The cart also provides a comfortable, entry-level environment for our newest trainees to learn the foundations of hospitality and build their confidence in adjusting to the world of coffee and customer service.

100% of the profits from Coffee for Change go straight back into funding the home.plate training program, covering costs like training hours and employing our trainees at an award rate.

As the first step in the Trainee Trail, Coffee for Change is where our trainees are welcomed into the program in a highly accessible and non-threatening environment. Here, trainees are given one-on-one support in developing their understanding of the workplace and the initial skills and confidence that they require to enter into a busier environment.

We care about the environment and believe hospitality businesses should reduce their environmental impact wherever possible. We take action on climate change through a number of sustainability initiatives
