We are a social enterprise with the vision of an Australia free from youth homelessness
Our Pathways For Change program, provides paid training and employment, working with young people who are experiencing homelessness to develop their workplace skills and build confidence as they work their way to adulthood. Our program is based on proven solutions to end the cycle of homelessness for young people.
Since July 2018 we have:

supported this number of young people out of the homelessness cycle

provided the above hours of paid employed training
$457,112
paid in award wages for our trainees
We empower young people to break the homelessness cycle themselves.
Each trainee in our program will develop their workplace confidence and skills working across our family of social enterprises.
What We Do
At the end of the training program, over 90% of our graduates move on to meaningful employment or education.
Our evidence-based programs focus on the key impact pillars of housing, education, confidence, employment and community to break the homelessness cycle.
We connect our graduates with ongoing employment opportunities through our Open Shift employer network program.
