Our team is made up of colourful individuals with a range of knowledge and expertise, all united in our passion for eliminating youth homelessness.

Managing Director and Co-Founder

Tenille is passionate about the power of social enterprise in generating sustainable social change, and is dedicated to spending her time creating a community of support and opportunities for young people who are experiencing disadvantage. Tenille combines her background in community development with her strong interest in business to strike a balance between the ‘social’ and the ‘enterprise’. 

Head of Partnerships, Co-Founder and Director

To Levi, For Change Co. has the opportunity to generate sustainable and measurable change. Levi loves to connect socially minded individuals and organisations to For Change Co.’s vision; an Australia free from youth homelessness.

Impact Manager

Joe loves working with a collective of amazing and passionate people to improve the lives of young people. Joe is responsible for developing, driving and reviewing our key Impact Programs and ensuring staff and trainees are supported in the work they do.

Operations Manager

As an experienced operations and hospo-minded professional, Fi believes in driving social change through her work by empowering young people through the development of hospo skill sets. Having worked in all aspects of hospitality, Fi knows the confidence and knowledge that can be gained from this industry and aims to strengthen this notion through For Change Co.’s mission.

Ed Coleman

Venue Manager,
Coffee for Change RMIT Training

Having worked across the European event circuit making coffee for internationally recognised brands. Ed believes that by sharing his knowledge and passion for speciality coffee, he can empower young people into the world of employment. He recognises that skills gained through the hospitality industry can be applied to almost any sector of the world of work.

Ross has a strong interest in community, culture and education. Ross developed a passion for cooking from a young age and spent 12 years as a chef, working in fine dining. He uses his experience in hospitality, along with work in the education and not-for-profit sector to deliver outstanding food, service and training at For Change Co.

Jam Taylor

Venue Manager,

Jam‘s passion derives from seeing the growth of young people through the programme and developing their skills alongside them in the cafe venue he manages. Having started For Change as a trainee himself, Jam has a really strong understanding and engagement with the young people that come through

Phoebe Smith

Venue Manager, home.two

Phoebe knows the importance of a positive working environment and the power of opportunity. Through For Change Co’s mission, she combines her passion for sustainable social change with her love of Lattes. Phoebe shares transferable skills that she has gained from working in hospitality to help build confidence and empowerment in young people.

Jill Cameron

Venue Manager, Crêpes for Change

With a wealth of hospitality experience and a passion for tangible change, Jill loves getting the Crêpes for Change truck out on the road, spreading the vision of For Change Co. and raising funds to support trainees through our program.

Paul is our finance and investments expert, and a serial people connector, keeping us accountable, strategy-focused and prepared for each next step.

Judy is our legal, risk and compliance champion, who loves to connect people into the For Change Co. community whilst ensuring that we are keeping up-to-date with regulation and compliance.


Myles is our hospitality and business mastermind, supporting us to ensure that each of our venues are profitable, sustainable and impactful.
