Our team is made up of colourful individuals with a range of knowledge and expertise, all united in our passion for eliminating youth homelessness.

Chief Executive Officer

Miranda Campbell joins For Change Co as our inaugural CEO. Passionate about using business as a force for good, Miranda is committed to supporting the skills and talents of our trainees to break the cycle of homelessness.

Miranda brings fifteen years of hospitality experience to the role, including as co-founder of beloved national restaurant group, Belles Hot Chicken. For the last eight years Miranda has focused her energy into social enterprise and impact, and has worked for notable impact intermediaries and enablers Social Traders, Health Justice Australia and Small Giants. Miranda also has Master of Social Impact from CSI Swinburne.

Head of Impact

Joe loves working with a collective of amazing and passionate people to improve the lives of young people. Joe is responsible for developing, driving and reviewing our key Impact Programs and ensuring staff and trainees are supported in the work they do.

Head of Operations

As an experienced operations and hospo-minded professional, Fi believes in driving social change through her work by empowering young people through the development of hospo skill sets. Having worked in all aspects of hospitality, Fi knows the confidence and knowledge that can be gained from this industry and aims to strengthen this notion through For Change Co.’s mission.

Transitions Coordinator

Coming from a background in management and training in the coffee industry, David mentors our trainees to meet their employment and education goals. David is passionate about community-building and works to build relationships with likeminded businesses to create strong employment outcomes.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Beth, with a background in NFP marketing, is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment in Melbourne. Eager to inspire tangible contributions to social change, she brings a unique perspective and practical experience to For Change Co.

Digital Marketing Officer

As a budding communications professional, Abby is making her mark in the industry and loves making an impact with her work at For Change Co. 

Abby is always eager to learn more about the media environment and believes media impacts each of our lives every day. She is always up for a challenge, and takes an open-minded attitude to all that she does.

Jam Taylor

Venue Manager
For Change Cafe, Brunswick

Jam‘s passion derives from seeing the growth of young people through the programme and developing their skills alongside them in the cafe venue he manages. Having started For Change as a trainee himself, Jam has a really strong understanding and engagement with the young people that come through For Change Cafe, Brunswick.

Rachael Lee

Venue Manager
For Change Cafe, Bellfield

With a background in hospitality and management for the past ten years, Rachael has combined her skills and knowledge into a passion for youth work. Rachael provides hospitality training and mentorship to our trainees within the Pathways For Change program and strives to provide the balance between leadership and guidance for trainees across their journey with For Change Co.

Executive Chef & Venue Manager
For Change Cafe, Middle Park

Ross has a strong interest in community, culture and education. Ross developed a passion for cooking from a young age and spent 12 years as a chef, working in fine dining. He uses his experience in hospitality, along with work in the education and not-for-profit sector to deliver outstanding food, service and training at For Change Co.

Lucy has many years of hospitality experience and understands the importance of creating a safe and positive work environment that will help trainees in the For Change Co. program establish transferable skills and build confidence to find further work and life opportunities.

With a wealth of hospitality experience and a passion for tangible change, Jill loves getting the Crêpes for Change truck out on the road, spreading the vision of For Change Co. and raising funds to support trainees through our program.

Tenille Gilbert

Co-Founder and Outgoing Managing Director

Tenille is passionate about the power of social enterprise in generating sustainable social change, and is dedicated to spending her time creating a community of support and opportunities for young people who are experiencing disadvantage. Tenille combines her background in community development with her strong interest in business to strike a balance between the ‘social’ and the ‘enterprise’. 

Co-founder and Director

To Levi, For Change Co. has the opportunity to generate sustainable and measurable change. Levi loves to connect socially minded individuals and organisations to For Change Co.’s vision; an Australia free from youth homelessness.

Chair of the Board

Nick is our governance, partnerships and development guru, with over two decades of cross-sector innovation and ingenuity to support For Change Co make more impact in the years ahead.

Myles is our hospitality and business mastermind, supporting us to ensure that each of our venues are profitable, sustainable and impactful.

Wendy has nearly 30 years of working with people in Human Resources. Wendy is our partner in all things people in the workplace.

Having spent her early career working in crisis youth accommodation, Wendy is passionate about youth homelessness.

Director

As a Pathways for Change graduate and former Youth Advisor, Cass is passionate about the work For Change Co does to alleviate youth homelessness. Cass is an avid problem-solver with a background in co-design and is currently studying criminology and psychology. She looks forward to bringing this knowledge and experience to uplift the voices of young people.
