How Our Cafes Make a Difference
Our cafes are part of For Change Co., a social enterprise that gives young people training and paid work through our Pathways for Change program.
Here’s how it works:
- Trainees earn fair (award) wages.
- They learn practical skills and gain real work experiences.
- These skills help them move into future jobs or further education.
Every coffee, brunch, or catering order helps young people build a brighter future, breaking the cycle of youth homelessness for good.

Middle Park

Located on the tram stop #130 of tram 96
Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 2:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 2:30pm

In addition to our public cafes, we also operate corporate cafe locations.
These cafes offer great coffee and food while supporting our Pathways For Change trainees in a workplace-style environment.

Catering for Change
Our Catering for Change service offers event catering across Melbourne. We provide a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options, with profits reinvested into our programs tackling youth homelessness.
You can pick up your order from our Middle Park cafe or have it delivered by Good Cycles, another social enterprise supporting youth employment.
