We just hit a huge milestone
We have officially reached over $500,000 paid in wages to the young people in our programs!
This is a massive milestone for us and demonstrates our commitment to breaking the cycle of homelessness and creating lasting independence 
We are proud to pay the young people in our Pathways for Change and Voice For Change programs which are designed to end the cycle of homelessness and make a difference in the lives of young people.
And why are wages important?
Paying our trainees award-rate wages provides young people with a reliable income and teaches crucial financial management skills, whilst demonstrating a respectful workplace relationship and increasing self-worth. This combination is essential for breaking the cycle of homelessness and creating lasting independence.

We recently announced our new CEO!
Miranda Campbell has been appointed as our new CEO at For Change Co, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for tackling youth homelessness.
We also want to say a huge thanks to our Co-Founder and outgoing Managing Director, Tenille! Her tenacity and humility has been a role-model for the social enterprise community. We wish her all the best on her next adventure
