Wrapping Up Our Year
On November 10, our Bellfield cafe had it’s first Trainee Takeover Day. The Trainee Takeover Day is where our trainee cohort does just that – taking over operations at our venue for the day, showcasing the skills they’ve learnt in our program, working as a team, and taking on extra responsibility!
Our trainees had a great day showing off their skills and showed amazing professionalism and communication all day! It’s always so rewarding to see our trainees rise to the challenge of trainee takeover day and the support from our community on the day was great too!
We also had a great time celebrating our graduating trainees on December 14, showing our support for their amazing work in our program. We’re excited to see what they do next!
