Trainee Takeover Day
This month, we held another Trainee Takeover Day – this time at our Middle Park cafe!
The day was a great opportunity for our trainees to show off their skills and all that they have learnt throughout our Pathways For Change program. The day was also a hit with our community and our team had a great time meeting new people and chatting about all things For Change Co.
Thanks to everyone who visited Middle Park on the day to show their support for our trainees and the work we do, we couldn’t do it without you!

Youth Advisory Program, Voices For Change
We recently started our newest Youth Advisory Program cohort with four young people developing key skills in advocacy, project management, and evaluation and working with the City of Melbourne to provide recommendations on their community engagement work.
Voices for Change provides an amazing opportunity for young people to actively participate in decision-making processes, share their perspectives, and contribute to the development of policies and initiatives that directly impact their lives.
