We recently held another Trainee Graduation Celebration!
These days are a chance to recognise the achievements of our trainees who have progressed through our Pathways For Change program.
We couldn’t be more proud of what each of our trainees have achieved and can’t wait to see what they do next!
What is Pathways For Change?
Pathways for Change is a paid training and employment program designed to help young people break free from homelessness.
Over the course of the program, our trainees build knowledge and skills that will support them in any workplace.
Upon completion, they’re connected with our network of Open Shift partners for permanent job opportunities or supported in pursuing further education.
