In June, we held another Trainee Takeover Day at our Brunswick cafe!
Our trainees did a great job running the venue smoothly for the full day and serving up delicious coffee. These days are an amazing opportunity for our trainees to showcase how far they’ve come with their skills and all that they’ve learnt throughout our program ❤️
What is a Trainee Takeover Day?
Trainee Takeover Days are where the trainees from our Pathways For Change program take over operations at our venue for the day, showcasing the skills they’ve learnt in our program, working as a team, and taking on extra responsibility!
